Crystal Zeeman
Founding Director | Whittaker's Mum
Crystal is guided by her own lived experience and the brightest star in her sky-her daughter Whittaker. She advocates for compassionate, family-centred bereavement care, and encourages maternity staff to confidently provide every option of after death care available to grieving parents. She dreams big and while dedicating herself to Whittaker's Wings, Crystal also continues with the part time job she loves as a regional flight attendant while also raising Whittaker's little sister, Berkley. Crystal enjoys date nights with her hubby, Ryan, travelling, sunsets, real estate, being spontaneous, watching the league and living the simple life with her family, knowing Whittaker is always close by.

Ryan, Whittaker’s father, is driven by a genuine passion for supporting others and ensuring that parents feel seen, heard, and supported during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Drawing on his background as a business professional, he brings valuable experience, strategic insight, and strong leadership to the organisation. His commitment is to help elevate Whittaker’s Wings to the highest standard within the non-profit sector, ensuring it delivers meaningful impact and compassionate support to those who need it most. But most importantly make sure Whittakers Name is seen and heard everywhere he goes.
Kyla Power
Director & Treasurer
An experienced Business Operations professional with over 15 years’ experience across Professional Services, Accounting, and business operations. Holding an Advanced Diploma of Management and an accounting and bookkeeping qualification, she is known for strong organisational capability and a practical, people‑focused approach. She has also volunteered on multiple boards in Treasurer roles, contributing financial oversight and operational support in a community‑focused context. Bringing a continuous‑improvement mindset and a deep commitment to community‑led outcomes, she applies her professional expertise to strengthen hospital relationships, improve processes, and help ensure families receive compassionate, timely, and meaningful support during the most difficult moments.

Jenny Bax GAICD is an experienced executive and company director with more than 30 years of leadership experience across governance, strategy and organisational development.
As Chief Executive Officer of the Underwriting Agencies Council (UAC), Jenny is passionate about building strong organisations, developing future leaders and creating meaningful impact through collaboration and community.
Jenny is honoured to serve as a Director of Whittaker’s Wings Foundation and is committed to supporting the Foundation’s mission of ensuring families experiencing baby loss receive compassion, support and opportunities for remembrance during one of life's most difficult journeys.

Being Whittaker's Aunty is one of the greatest honours of my life. Through the heartbreak of baby loss, I've learned how important it is for families to feel supported, understood, and never alone. That's why I'm passionate about being part of a charity that raises awareness and provides comfort to those navigating the unimaginable.
I bring a caring heart, a listening ear, and a genuine desire to help others. Whether it's supporting families, connecting with volunteers, or helping spread awareness, I want everyone who reaches out to feel welcomed, valued, and understood.
Baby loss can feel incredibly isolating, but no family should have to walk that journey alone. In memory of Whittaker, I am committed to helping create a community where families can share their stories, honour their babies, and find support when they need it most.
For me, this isn't just a role—it's personal. It's about keeping Whittaker's memory alive, supporting other families, and making sure every baby is remembered and every family knows they matter.
